continuously strive to improve the services we offer, therefore it is
important we acknowledge customer comments
either during,
or after a class,
one-to-one training session or consultation.
Towards the end of every class, or after a consultation, our customers are
invited to complete a Customer Feedback questionnaire. The forms can be
returned anonymously and it gives everyone the opportunity to highlight any
good or bad points of the course or session, what they learnt most, what
they would like to learn and any suggestions for ways of improving things.
